What You'll Do
- Keep day bins supplied with material, virgin and regrind
- Collect required material from raw material tent
- When using regrind, the traceability numbers must be entered into the regrind traceability injection database to show consumption
- When using virgin material the incoming raw material database must be updated to show consumption
- Old unusable octobins once empty must be disposed of using the compactor
- The remaining empty octobins are to be stored for regrind production
- Change material supply according to the production plan
- React to any material feed supply problems to ensure there is no production downtime to material feed issues
- Update Mattec to show downtime reasons once they are identified
- Any suspect material to be placed in the quarantine area and labelled to ensure production is protected
- Database updated
- 5's standards are maintained
