What You'll Do

  • Keep day bins supplied with material, virgin and regrind
  • Collect required material from raw material tent
  • When using regrind, the traceability numbers must be entered into the regrind traceability injection database to show consumption
  • When using virgin material the incoming raw material database must be updated to show consumption
  • Old unusable octobins once empty must be disposed of using the compactor
  • The remaining empty octobins are to be stored for regrind production
  • Change material supply according to the production plan
  • React to any material feed supply problems to ensure there is no production downtime to material feed issues
  • Update Mattec to show downtime reasons once they are identified
  • Any suspect material to be placed in the quarantine area and labelled to ensure production is protected
  • Database updated
  • 5's standards are maintained
