As a Site Supply Chain Information Flow Professional (all genders) you ensure the effective and compliant use of SAP (SCOOP) within the plant. You act as the key interface between Plant Operations and IT/ITS, driving system adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement in line with the Core Model. In this role, you combine SAP expertise, operational understanding, and leadership, managing a small team and enabling business performance through reliable systems and high‑quality master data.
Responsibilities
- SAP / SCOOP Business Partnering
- Ensure proper and consistent use of SAP (SCOOP) and related systems across the plant
- Act as the main IT interface between the plant, central ITS, and external service providers
- Lead and animate the SAP Key User network on site
- Coordinate first‑level SAP support and contribute to support structure reviews
- Ensure SAP users are trained, supported, and assessed
- Lead and coordinate the local SAP/ITS improvement roadmap
- Manage SAP impacts related to new industrial projects, new material flows, process changes
- Contribute to global SAP improvement initiatives, best practices, and workshops
- Own and ensure the quality of SAP Master Data, including: Material master, BOMs, Versions, workstations, labels, Planning product families and packaging data
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of Birth Certificates in collaboration with Program, Logistics, and Production teams
- Support Engineering Change processes, ensuring all systems are updated on time
- Drive a single source of truth by enforcing common naming conventions and data rules
- Support stock reliability and audits (COGI analysis, BOM audits, shopfloor checks)
- Train internal users and contractors during peak workloads or projects
- Line management of the SAP Controller and Master Data Technician
- Coaching, prioritization, and workload coordination
- Promote a culture of data quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Solid experience in SAP within a manufacturing / industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Master Data Management and BOM structures. Understanding of production, logistics, quality, and engineering processes. Experience working with IT interfaces and cross‑functional stakeholders. Project and change management experience is a plus. Strong business partner mindset with hands‑on execution capability. Structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical teams. Leadership mindset with the ability to influence without authority. Proactive, reliable, and solution‑driven.
