The position of Plant Cost Controller is offered as a permanent contract, based in our Measham plant, in UK within the Exterior.

  • Propose and implement corrective action plans and improvement projects.
  • Support monthly closing processes, including sales and material margin variance analyses.
  • Maintain costing accuracy (BOM, routines, hourly rates) and prepare annual hourly overhead rates.
  • Provide financial support to the plant management team for action plans related to internal audits, annual stock counts, and dedicated workgroups.

Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification or working towards it.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cost controlling within an industrial environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and HFM.
  • Strong analytical and data synthesis skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong client orientation and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
