Oplu is leading the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to a Partner at a leading hedge fund. London or Jersey base. The remit spans the classic EA work (diary, travel, expenses, meetings, documentation, minutes) alongside project planning support and light research. Executed at pace, with the discretion the role demands.
The Partner is firm-leadership tier and needs an EA who anticipates, organises, and keeps the day moving without prompts. This is not a step-up role. We are looking for a proven EA at this level.
- Proven EA experience at senior level
- Excellent diary, travel, and expense management
- Strong written communicator, problem-solver, with high EQ
- Discretion and comfort with confidential information
- Hedge fund, investment management, private bank, or family office experience a strong advantage
- Interest in technology / programming welcomed (not required)
