An executive-tier appointment leading the operational and technical management of a portfolio of super-prime private residences, predominantly in London, and shaping the client's Private Residences division as it grows. The role Senior member of the management team. Strategic development of the Private Residences division and portfolio. Trusted point of contact for principals, family offices, and their advisers. Overall stewardship of a portfolio of high-value and super-prime private residences: maintenance, compliance, projects, budgets, supplier performance. Leadership of Account Managers, property professionals, and the in-house housekeeping team. Strategic partner and supplier network across London's super-prime residential market. Who you are Senior leader from super-prime residential property, family office property, UHNW private household, or luxury hospitality with a residential dimension. Technically credible on M equivalent senior-level experience considered. Confident with principals, family offices, and advisers.
