The Opportunity
Oplu is working on behalf of a high-profile Principal within a Private Family Office to appoint an experienced Travelling Personal Assistant. This is a lifestyle-focused role as the second Travelling PA, supporting a globally mobile Principal who spends over 50 percent of their time travelling internationally, including London, Dubai, New York, Los Angeles, and other global destinations. You will join an established Family Office support team of circa 10, working closely with the Director of the Family Office and an existing Travelling PA.
The role requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to operate calmly within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accommodation
- Managing complex diaries
- Coordinating ground transport
- Supporting bookings for the Principal’s children
Extensive international travel is required, often at short notice. This is a true 24/7 lifestyle role. Travel typically runs for two to three weeks at a time, working on rotation to ensure continuous coverage. When London-based, the role operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week from a Central London office.
