Oplu is seeking a Duty Manager (Nights) to join a distinguished luxury country hotel and retreat in West Dorset.
On-site, 40 hours per week with 3–4 night shifts.
Responsibilities include on-call emergency procedures, F&B support, housekeeping setup, wellness oversight, and financial governance.
Staff accommodation is available in Bridport for relocating candidates.
The role requires prior duty management experience, APLH or willingness to obtain, and a Full driving licence.
