A Senior Private PA is needed for a UHNW Principal in West London to run the personal and household administration of a busy private life with international reach. Permanent, full-time, live-out. On site five days a week, 10am to 6pm, with flexibility around the Principal's travel and project schedule. Start as soon as possible: this is an urgent hire. £80,000 to £90,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience. Right to work in the UK required.

The Principal's life spans business, a private foundation, film projects, philanthropic activity, family, and international travel. The household is established: a House Manager runs the residence, supported by a security team. A Chief of Staff appointment is planned, and the Senior Private PA will work closely with that role once in place.

What you will own:

  • The Principal's diary and personal inbox: triage, prioritise, protect, follow through.
  • Travel planning to UHNW standard: flights, ground, accommodation, security liaison, document readiness.
  • Foundation, film, and philanthropic project support: diary, correspondence, expenses, event logistics.
  • Coordination with the House Manager on household rhythm and with the children's logistics where they touch the Principal's day.
  • Personal expenses, reconciliations, contacts, subscriptions, memberships, and confidential records.

What you bring:

  • Five plus years in a Private PA, EA to a UHNW Principal, or equivalent senior private-office role. This is not a step-up from a corporate EA seat without private-side experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Senior-level diary and inbox management for a busy Principal.
  • International travel planning to UHNW standard.
  • Strong written communication; able to draft in the Principal's tone.
  • Sound financial discipline: expenses, reconciliations, clean records.
  • Calm, discreet, resourceful. Comfortable inside an established household team.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Strong advantage: prior experience in a household with a House Manager and security; foundation, philanthropic, or film/creative project administration; working alongside a Chief of Staff; additional languages.
