As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with world-class clients. Here's what you'll do:
- Business Development: Secure new clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Consulting: Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and advice to manage client expectations.
- Sourcing Talent: Write and manage compelling job ads, attract a diverse candidate pool, and employ creative sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Management: Maintain an organised database for quick access to top talent. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates thoroughly. Complete vetting processes, including checks and screenings for reliability. Enhance candidate CVs and present polished profiles to clients.
- Client Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage seamless communication between candidates and clients.
- Proactive Headhunting: Actively seek out passive candidates for specialised roles.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions to meet the needs of both candidates and clients.
- Continuous Growth: Commit to personal and professional development, aiming for excellence with minimal senior support.
The role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office to start. Our office is based in Hammersmith, London. There is potential for the role to transition to fully remote based on performance and business needs.
