Oplu, partnering with a farm-to-fork luxury country hotel and wellness retreat, seeks a Head of Food & Beverage to lead daily service and bespoke events.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership to raise standards, implement SOPs, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with the Head Chef and Hotel Manager, overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner service and managing a small service team across a premium retreat setting.
