We are seeking an experienced and dynamic French‑speaking Client Services Lead on behalf of our client, a renowned super prime property developer and estate management company specialising in exceptional luxury residences across the globe. This role collaborates closely with the wider Client Services team to deliver world‑class service and operational excellence to an ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) client portfolio, ensuring every property visit is seamless and exceptional.
The successful candidate will oversee international property portfolios, manage client visits, coordinate staff recruitment, and deliver bespoke services to individual clients while maintaining consistency across global estates. You will liaise with house managers, estate managers, and trusted suppliers to guarantee the highest service standards. Fluency in French is essential.
Must‑have Requirements:- Fluent French language skills (written and spoken) – essential requirement
- Proven experience in property management and concierge/lifestyle services within the UHNW or luxury sector
- Ideally proven experience within a Family Office environment
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, thriving under pressure and competing priorities
- Strong leadership and line management experience, with the ability to guide, support and challenge teams effectively
- Strategic thinker with expertise in resourcing, operations, and service improvement
- Experience managing supplier relationships, recruitment processes, and vendor performance
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with UHNW clients, property teams, and external partners
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and detail‑focused approach
- Calm and professional under pressure, managing multiple projects across international properties
- Flexibility to be on‑call and responsive to client needs
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Deliver an exceptional standard of client service while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

- Provide tailored services to individual clients while maintaining consistency across global portfolios
- Act as first point of contact for client requests, ensuring swift, proactive resolutions
- Identify and present ideas for service enhancement and value‑add initiatives
- Manage procurement of operational supplies and equipment across all international properties
- Advise house and estate managers on resourcing strategies for each property
- Proactively manage temporary and permanent recruitment, ensuring exemplary staffing levels
- Oversee and evaluate supplier and agency performance, ensuring alignment with best practice standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with preferred luxury suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate and monitor supplier performance to maintain best‑in‑class service levels
- Hold overall responsibility for properties within your portfolio
- Line‑manage house and estate managers, ensuring consistent delivery and performance
- Conduct regular property reporting to highlight opportunities, risks, and improvements
- Advise project teams on maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to improve client experience
- Ensure robust document management, reporting systems, and process improvements
