Opkill Pest Control is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team covering Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands area based in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, customer service, or business development who is looking to build a long-term and rewarding career within a growing industry.

This role involves attending customer appointments, carrying out site surveys, identifying pest-related issues, and providing tailored solutions and quotations to both residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for managing your own diary, following up leads, and converting enquiries into sales while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. No pest control experience is required, as full industry training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Attending residential and commercial survey appointments
  • Identifying pest issues and recommending suitable solutions
  • Preparing and presenting quotations to customers
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
  • Working closely with operational teams to coordinate works
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and reports
  • Representing the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience or strong natural sales ability
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Self-motivated with a driven attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in field sales, surveying, construction, facilities management, or pest control is beneficial but not essential
  • Pest control experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential
