You will be part of the PMO Team responsible for delivering projects to clients. We are among the TOP-10 PMOs in Ukraine according to PMI UA Awards. You will join a team with well-defined processes and support. Our projects span various business fields and geographies including the UK, USA, and Europe.
Being part of the team:
- Release planning and full release responsibility, including coordination with other parties.
- Communication with clients and end-users.
- Resolving and escalating team blockers.
- Cost management and budget planning for new projects.
- Moderating project estimations and preparing proposals regarding team composition, skills, and budgets.
- Reporting project progress to clients and end-users.
- Managing scope and change requests.
- Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks.
- Working under the supervision of a Senior PM.
Power you bring:
- 3+ years of project management experience on small to medium projects with a team size of 7-25 members.
- Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Processes.
- Broad knowledge of project management standards and practices, capable of managing all project phases.
- Proven ability to manage organizations of 7-25 people.
- Well-organized, highly motivated, and effective at handling multiple tasks.
- Adaptive to change and detail-oriented.
- Team player.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
