We’re on the hunt for a client-facing Senior Research Executive to join our fast-growing and award-winning agency. You’ll be working on exciting projects for some of the biggest brand names in the world.

Your opportunity: We are looking for someone to take on a key role on two of our largest international accounts. The role will require someone with great interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, good attention to detail and strong project management skills. You will join our smart and energetic consulting teams and perform a vital role in helping us shape and deliver insights that have a real impact in our clients’ businesses and will be a direct liaison with clients. As you learn, grow and develop you will take on more and more responsibilities, including helping your teams with business development and growing the client accounts you are on.

After a thorough onboarding and training programme, and as you progress in the role, some of the general tasks and responsibilities you will excel in include:

  • Helping to deliver actionable insights that enable our clients to make better decisions
  • Creating PPT/Google slides data charts and writing headlines, commentary and summaries
  • Regularly presenting to clients and being able to field questions confidently
  • Responding to client emails (e.g. about questionnaires, scripting)
  • Managing supplier, partner and client communications
  • Questionnaire design
  • Scripting and checking survey links for accuracy
  • Data cleaning, checking and running of tables
  • Responding to new client briefs
  • Costing more complex and international projects confidently
  • Mentoring junior members of the team

Experience: 2+ years of insight agency experience would be beneficial.
