Opihi College is seeking an exceptional instructional leader to join our senior leadership team as deputy principal – teaching practice, innovation and school improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Years 7–13 school committed to ensuring every young person experiences success through high-quality teaching, strong relationships, and a culture of continuous improvement.
As we continue to implement the refreshed New Zealand Curriculum, strengthen literacy and numeracy, build evidence-informed teaching practice, and develop our teaching and learning playbook, we are looking for a leader who can inspire others and translate strategy into outstanding classroom practice.
The successful applicant will:
