THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled and assured Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within our kitchen and perform to the highest standards, day in, day out. This is a role for a chef who knows their craft with a solid foundation and is now ready to bring that expertise to a different environment. You will not simply be executing a brief: you will be an active participant in the life of the restaurant and guest experience. We want chefs who observe, absorb, ask questions and can adapt quickly. A chef who sees each service not just as a task to complete but as an opportunity to learn something new and to raise their own standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take full ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation to Michelin specification. Maintain exemplary standards of mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness throughout every shift. Work closely with the senior brigade to execute the menu with precision, timing and care. Contribute to the development of your section through attention to detail, initiative and a genuine desire to improve. Support and guide commis chefs within your section, sharing knowledge and setting a strong professional example. Adhere strictly to all food safety, allergen, and hygiene requirements. Communicate clearly and constructively within the team, maintaining the composure and focus expected at this level.
