This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to directly influence a dynamic business and collaborate with a global network of continuous improvement professionals. Our client has a strong commitment to Continuous Improvement (CI) with a high level of global sponsorship, ensuring you have the support and resources to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • As a vital part of the operational excellence team, you will work with operational teams to identify and execute improvement projects.
  • You will also deploy and embed proven continuous improvement (CI) techniques from a well-established global operational excellence program.
  • Your role will be to challenge and engage people across all levels to drive improvements.
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using tools like Kaizen, value stream mapping, and FMEA.

What You’ll Bring

  • We’re a highly skilled professional with experience in an operations environment, such as manufacturing, engineering or logistics, with a proven track record in a dedicated continuous improvement role.
  • You don’t need a background in FMCG to succeed here, as we are more interested in your expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • A Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience facilitating and applying CI tools and methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and engage diverse teams to build relationships and influence change.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An understanding of data to drive decision-making.
  • An understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and cost analysis, is essential.
  • You will ideally have experience with manufacturing systems (e.g., BOMs, ERP, production planning) and an understanding of capacity optimisation.
