Newly created positions, we seek Continuous Improvement / Business Improvement / Change Management professionals who are passionate about delivering change projects and inspiring others.
Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK and the position will require travel during the week.
You will be responsible for designing, managing, and implementing projects across multiple sites to improve time, quality, and performance in alignment with company standards. You'll engage with stakeholders, including executives and senior leaders, to assess the feasibility of interventions and secure buy-in for business improvement approaches. Leading the analysis of complex systems, you'll identify opportunities for redesign and improvement, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through experimentation and performance evaluation. You'll establish and maintain governance arrangements, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined throughout project delivery. Additionally, you'll manage resource allocation, coach teams in systems thinking, lead business change activities, and resolve escalated risks and issues. Your expertise will contribute to setting targets for re-designed systems, enabling senior leaders to develop strategic plans for future success.
To be considered, systems thinking experience is not required (although it would be advantageous) as you will receive comprehensive training. You will ideally be degree-educated, highly driven and self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be passionate about coaching. Strong lean / six sigma (not necessarily certified) / continuous improvement skills gained within any large organisation from any sector are essential. You will have experience in either an operations role, consulting or in a focused lean management / continuous improvement / process improvement appointment from any industry. We wish to speak to curious data and objective lead problem solvers across a range of experience levels and welcome applications from those still early in their progressive careers and those with more seasoned experience.
There are several appointments and candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, regular travel and working across the UK during most of the week is integral to the position. The salary range is dependent on your experience and you will qualify for an additional bonus and an excellent benefits package including upper quartile holiday allowance.
