You will embed a long-term culture of lean management into an organisation in the medium term of their lean journey, you will benefit from much support and training as well as Main Board sponsorship. An important position forming part of the integral Operational Excellence Mission within this global multibillion Euro group, the Operational Excellence Coordinator will be employed within their UK organisation with several sites across the UK. You must demonstrate some (probably limited) experience in managing lean / continuous improvement (CI) projects within any manufacturing, engineering or construction environment. Candidates will be of graduate calibre and ideally possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification, although this is not essential and can be a gained once started in the position. Most importantly, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills and an engaging hands-on people style, coupled with a genuine passion for change and enrichment of the workplace using lean / continuous improvement (CI) techniques. Please note that travel across the North WestofEngland is regular with some home / remote working, therefore you will possess a full UK Driving License. The package includes a car allowance of £7,500 per annum, an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits including an employer pension contribution of 7.5%.
