The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate or undergraduate looking to begin their career within customer relations, logistics and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced global business, working closely with customers, suppliers and international logistics partners across Europe and worldwide trade routes. You will receive training and support while developing valuable commercial, customer service and supply chain experience within an international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales and operations teams with customer orders and day-to-day account management
  • Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers through email and telephone communication
  • Processing customer orders and raising supplier purchase orders
  • Coordinating deliveries with international transport and logistics providers
  • Preparing and issuing delivery and shipping documentation
  • Responding to customer enquiries and helping resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  • Supporting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
