Main Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients in general practice.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policies and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate:
What we look for in new colleagues:
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Preferably Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
