Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses in the ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of patient care.
- Support individuals with all aspects of care, including providing person‑centred care and promoting health and independence through awareness‑raising and care navigation to other professionals as appropriate.
- Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies agreed.
- Undertake clinical tasks including venipuncture, ECGs, and other agreed procedures.
- Recognise safeguarding issues relating to vulnerable children and adults and report problems or raise concerns to the appropriate registered care professionals.

- Ability to relay clinical information accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Competency in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
