Responsibilities

  • Assist registered nurses in the ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Support individuals with all aspects of care, including providing person‑centred care and promoting health and independence through awareness‑raising and care navigation to other professionals as appropriate.
  • Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, pulse and other competencies agreed.
  • Undertake clinical tasks including venipuncture, ECGs, and other agreed procedures.
  • Recognise safeguarding issues relating to vulnerable children and adults and report problems or raise concerns to the appropriate registered care professionals.

  • UK registered Nurse Associate with an NMC pin number.
  • Ability to relay clinical information accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Competency in basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
  • Ability to work within established processes and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • Adept at adapting to changing priorities and capable of interacting in a personable, polite and patient manner with patients.
  • Good judgement and awareness of professional boundaries.

  • Annual salary of up to £28,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata.
