Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience

Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with patient duties as required and supporting other team members, such as clinical staff and the Nurse Lead, with patient care.
  • Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained.
  • Working with patients with long‑term conditions such as diabetes; Phlebotomy experience required.
  • Providing clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure and pulse measurements, and simple wound care.
  • Completing administrative tasks, including new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control, and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a primary care setting and phlebotomy.
  • Able to work within processes and procedures and maintain confidence and data security.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and personable, polite, and patient when interacting with patients.
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, e‑mail).
  • Ability to use own judgement and maintain professional boundaries.
