Main Responsibilities

  • Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
  • You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a, level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status, may also be considered.

Package Description

Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.

1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
