Job responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team; manage appointment requests; signpost patients to services; maintain patient records and confidentiality.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.

Person specification
- Reception or customer care experience is essential; excellent spoken and written communication.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to work within processes, procedures and ensure data security.
- Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
