Based at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. You are a Registered Nurse based in the Kent area and passionate about the rehabilitation of the patients in your care. We are looking for a motivated and caring nurse to join an NHS Health and Social Care partner striving to make positive changes. As a Band 5 Community Nurse you will work with the friendly team in a 7‑day service, working within the hours of 8a.m. – 8p.m.

Main Responsibilities

As a Community Nurse you will care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better. You will put to use your strong communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for Band 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and licence to practice, to join our community nursing team. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
