Location: Camden Health Improvement Practice

Salary: £27,838.36 (pro rata)

Hours: 30 hours per week

Camden Health Improvement Practice provides primary health care for homeless people and those with substance misuse, alcohol, and mental health problems, based in the Borough of Camden. Patients are fully registered and can access a full range of general practice services. The service offers drop-in and appointment sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with patient queries, including sending responses
  • Send emails on behalf of the clinical team where appropriate
  • Resolve unmatched results and allocate appropriately
  • Take safeguarding meeting minutes
  • Complete administrative tasks resulting from the meetings
  • Re-allocate lab results to another clinician when someone is on leave

Qualifications

  • Reception or customer care experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to work within processes and procedures, and maintain data security
  • Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential
