Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Manager in the smooth running of the practice, including the development of efficient management systems and delegation of tasks.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the surgery, ensuring effective processing of administrative work and liaising with the reception and administration team.
- Lead the attainment of Local and National KPIs and promote the development of reception staff, identifying training needs and supporting personal development reviews.
- Ensure effective supervision of the reception team and coordinate support services, ensuring rapid response to incoming telephone calls and taking corrective action when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while adapting to changing priorities and flexible shifts as business needs require.
