Salary: Β£24,960.00

Hours: 61 hours (multiple positions)

Job responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team
  • Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to services and maintain patient records with confidentiality
  • Emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence
  • Processing prescriptions requests
  • Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes

Ideal candidate / Qualifications:

  • Reception or customer care experience essential, with excellent spoken and written communication
  • Experience with SystmOne
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to work within processes and procedures and maintain confidentiality and data security
  • Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential
