Main duties of the job
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies and procedures. You will be responsible for providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. You should be able to prioritise and manage your own workload, work as part of a team and on your own initiative, and demonstrate clear thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in Primary Care health settings and managing nursing teams is crucial, with understanding of the Lead Nurse role and evidence of continuing professional development important.
