Main Responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Preference for level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
