Are you passionate about improving health outcomes for children and families? Would you like the opportunity to work collaboratively across systems and communities to help increase childhood immunisation uptake? We are pleased to offer a fixed term opportunity for an Improving Immunisations Uptake Officer to join the Child Health Information Service (CHIS) Team until March 2027. This role plays a key part in improving 0–5 immunisation uptake across Lancashire.
You will work as an integrated member of the CHIS team, supporting and leading projects that focus on areas and populations with the lowest uptake. The postholder will:
- Contribute to and initiate immunisation uptake improvement projects
- Work closely with system partners, community groups and stakeholders
- Use data, insight and best practice to shape effective interventions
- Produce reports demonstrating activity, learning and impact
- Support vaccination promotion, engagement and awareness within communities

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential, as the role includes travel to community venues across Lancashire.
