General Practitioner – The Randolph Surgery
Salary: £11,500 per session
Hours: 4 sessions per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
- Work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan.
- Maintain quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities and contributing to improvements in health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework.
- Conduct consultation sessions, telephone triage and various clinical tasks such as medication reviews and prescription signing.
- Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set out by the GMC and support development and review of the surgery action plan.
- Enhance patient satisfaction levels and achieve CQC and other quality standards.
