Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support the delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; accreditation or MSc course to ACP status also considered.
