Salary: Up to £112,500 depending on experience
Hours: 5 sessions per week
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients and attending GP surgery, including consultation sessions, telephone triage, result reviews, and other clinical administrative duties.
- Work closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the delivery of the surgery’s operational plan.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, audits, and the Quality and Outcomes Framework to improve health outcomes and meet quality standards (CQC, QOF, etc.).
- Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set out by the GMC.
- Support the Practice Manager and site clinical lead in developing, delivering and reviewing the surgery action plan, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction and KPI targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Current registration with the GMC and NHS practitioners list, engaged in regular clinical work.
- Experienced doctor with GP accreditation – MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient‑focused services.
- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
- Ideal: working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

- Annual salary up to £112,500 (incl. £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs).

Qualifications:
- Current GMC registration and NHS practitioners list.
