Location: Anchor Centre (30 hours) and Meridian Practice (7.5) Hours 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £24,960.00 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team
  • Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to services
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality
  • Email, scan and code clinical correspondence
  • Process prescription requests
  • Use information systems to support efficient workflow

Ideal Candidate:

  • Reception or customer care experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to work within processes and maintain data security
  • Previous NHS experience welcomed but not essential
