Salary: Up to £123,000 depending on experience

Hours: Up to 4-5 sessions per week

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Leading on key disease areas such as monitoring trends in the Quality and Outcomes Framework, Diabetes 8 Care Processes, Triple Target control, immunisation uptake, screening uptake, local KPIs, staff training and prescribing, and assisting in developing appropriate healthcare services for a diverse patient list.
  • Having responsibility for overall practice performance to deliver care in line with contracted values, locally and nationally enhanced schemes; attending and representing Operose Health in locality and GP Federation meetings.
  • Working in partnership with the practice manager to attain all CQC, local and contracted requirements.
  • Ensuring that SEAs and incidents are appropriately investigated and fed back, establishing a strong safety culture.

Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced doctor with GP accreditation.
  • Current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice).
  • Record of on-going CPD and learning.
  • MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.
  • Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient‑focused services.
