Salary: £24,960

Hours: 37.5 (Either 08:00-16:00 or 10:30-18:30)

Job Overview: Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
  • Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to our range of services and maintain patient records and confidentiality.
  • Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
  • Process prescription requests.
  • Utilize other information systems to support efficient workflow processes.

Qualifications:

  • Reception or customer care experience is essential and an excellent communicator in both spoken and written form.
  • Basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email.
  • Ability to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidence and data security.
  • Previous experience working in the NHS is welcome but not essential.
