Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
- Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to a range of services.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Email, scan, and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests.
- Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Reception or customer care experience essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to work within procedures and maintain data security.
- Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
