Salary: £24,960.00

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 positions)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team.
  • Manage appointment requests and signpost patients to a range of services.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Email, scan, and code clinical correspondence.
  • Process prescription requests.
  • Utilise information systems to support efficient workflow processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Reception or customer care experience essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email).
  • Ability to work within procedures and maintain data security.
  • Previous NHS experience welcome but not essential.
