Responsibilities:
- Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice.
- Deliver safe, clinical decisions and expert care while working collaboratively with all members of a multi‑professional team.
- Drive innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- 2 years+ experience working as a qualified pharmacist with primary care experience.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritisation and decision‑making aspects of the role.
Package Description:
- Annual salary of up to £54,200.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
