Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

As a member of the practice team, you will work closely with our clinicians to help and improve patient care and make cost effective proscribing decisions.
You will run daily telephone triage clinics and call in patients for assessment and management where clinically indicated, as well as review and triage pathology results, contacting patients. Provide practice-based review clinical to those with LYCs or complex health needs.
Review and action incoming hospital correspondence, particularly with regards to medicine reconciliation or initiation, liaising with local pharmacies to improve patient outcomes.
Lead practice repeat prescription service and deal with queries from reception staff and patients. Also participate in home visits and immunisations initiatives.

Annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
