Our Graduate recruitment scheme is the first step towards a career in Financial Modelling. Prior knowledge of finance is not required, as Operis will provide you with all the training and hands-on experience needed to become an expert in modelling, advisory and project finance.

The Graduate Analyst package includes:
- a starting salary of £35,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 on successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
- a £1,000 signing bonus
- 26 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays)
- private medical insurance and health benefit (on successful completion of probationary period)
- matched pension contributions
- in-house training
- assigned mentor(s) from the beginning
- opportunity to study for the CFA qualification
We offer flexible start dates; however, we are ideally seeking candidates who can join within the next few months. We do offer sponsorship to those who require a visa to work in the UK. Please note, that Operis will only cover the employer costs associated with the visa, including the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and the Immigration Skills Charge.
