Responsibilities include installation, training, troubleshooting at customer and company facilities. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Formal qualification in electrical engineering or similar Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Responsibilities Travel to customer sites for installation and training Provide technical support via phone/email Troubleshoot and repair machines at customer locations and in the warehouse Manage repair tasks, communicate with customers, and update records Coordinate with support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Job Requirements 5+ years experience in a similar role Degree or diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent Willingness to travel nationwide (~75%) Valid driverβs license and eligibility to obtain a passport Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Compensation and Benefits Pay: $31.25 – $38.50/hour, depending on experience and skills.
