Deine Rolle bei uns
- Testmanager: Als erfahrener Testmanager leitest und koordinierst du das Testteam und bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Koordination aller Testaktivitäten – vornehmlich bei Kunden in der Energiebranche.
- Teststrategie: Du entwickelst eine umfassende Teststrategie, um die Qualität unserer Softwareprodukte sicherzustellen und sicherzustellen, dass sie den Anforderungen entsprechen.
- Techstack: Du definierst die Tool-Pipeline für das manuelle Testing sowie die Testautomatisierung und steuerst die Einführung neuer Tools.

- Qualifikationen in Form von Weiterbildungen als Software-Tester, untermauert mit entsprechenden Zertifizierungen (z.B. ISTQB).
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Ablauf und Prozesse sowie Herausforderungen Software-Entwicklung mit, am besten im agilen Kontext, und weist um deinen Mehrwert als Teil des Entwicklerteams.
