Deine Rolle bei uns:
- IT-Projektmanager Public Sektor: Als erfahrener IT-Projektmanager bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Projektmanagement: Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst alle Aspekte der IT-Projekte unserer Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor, um sicherzustellen, dass sie rechtzeitig und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Du stehst im engen Kontakt mit den Stakeholdern in den Projekten und stellst sicher, dass ihre Anforderungen und Erwartungen erfüllt werden.
- Risikomanagement: Du identifizierst potenzielle Risiken und entwickelst entsprechende Maßnahmen, um diese zu minimieren und den Erfolg der Projekte zu gewährleisten.

- Mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, mit erster Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, belegt durch Zertifizierungen wie PMP oder Prince2, sowie eine ITIL v4 Zertifizierung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Change Management.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für die besonderen Anforderungen und Prozesse im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von agilen Projekten inkl. Zertifizierung als Scrum Master ist von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Unbedenklichkeit: Bereitschaft zur Durchführung der SÜ 1 oder SÜ 2 – je nach Erfordernis des Kundenprojekts.
