NWTC are recruiting a Local Marketing Executive! We’re excited to be hiring a Local Marketing Executive to bring our brand to life in local communities! You’ll empower our operations team with tools to create buzz, drive awareness, and boost sales through tailored activations and events. If you’re passionate about building connections and making an impact, we’d love to meet you! Please note this role is offered on a hybrid basis, working from the Warrington office 2-3 days a week is required. The remaining time will be worked from our sites or from home at line manager discretion. What will you do? Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll manage and refresh our local marketing toolkit, monitor competitors, and roll out updates across POS, digital, and training. Working with ops managers, you’ll create bespoke site plans to boost sales or launch new locations. You’ll maintain a local contacts database to share campaign updates and support teams in engaging their communities. You’ll oversee our print portal, approve artwork, and suggest new marketing assets. Supporting site Facebook accounts, you’ll provide monthly calendars, manage content, and run coaching sessions. Collaborating with brand partners, you’ll bring campaigns to life with creative local activations and create an incentives calendar to drive team engagement. What should you bring to the table? You’ll bring 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, with a solid understanding of the UK restaurant market. Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments with a resourceful, can-do attitude. Experience with platforms like Design My Night or Collins is a bonus. Passionate about food, drink, music, and hospitality, you’ll work closely with our ops team, juggling priorities and timelines with ease.
