We are seeking an Area Manager to support 5 higher-end fee-for-service and/or select PPO-based offices in the AL suburbs. This role involves developing close partnerships with Dentists, Office Managers, and staff, spearheading growth and process improvements, and managing profit and loss responsibilities.

Local travel is required to maintain a presence in the practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess staffing and recruitment needs; support Office Managers in hiring
• Achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Provide training and development for practice staff
• Support daily office operations as needed
• Demonstrate service orientation, motivation, integrity, leadership, and empathy

Qualifications

• Proven career progression with increased responsibility
• Prior profit and loss responsibility
• Strong learning aptitude and technical proficiency
• Experience in coaching and developing others
• Dental experience preferred but not required
