Partnering closely with the Health & Fitness Director, you will define and deliver the vision for the Third Space Health & Fitness Academy, creating an industry-leading development experience that attracts,developsandretainsexceptional Personal Trainers. From selecting best-in-class education partners and designing our trainer development pathways, to leading tutor delivery, qualityassuranceand Academy operations, you will ensure every trainer receives a world-class learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the future of fitness education at Third Space by leading our Health & Fitness Academy strategy
Develop exceptional personal trainers through world-class recruitment, onboarding, education pathways,mentoringand assessment
Own and evolve the Third Space Academy, delivering a premium learning experience through engaging workshops, CPD programmes, coachingdevelopmentand innovative educational initiatives
Build industry-leading partnerships by collaborating with external education providers,suppliersand subject matter experts, whilemaintaininga strong network across the fitness industry
Drive quality and excellence through robust quality assurance, trainer observation, assessmentstandardsand continuous improvement
Partner with leaders across the businessto support trainer progression, academy operations, talent acquisition, and strategic projects that elevate fitness standards across all Third Space clubs.
What We\'re Looking For
Impactful and demonstrable experience leading fitness education, learning & development, or vocational training within the health & fitness industry
Qualified teacher,assessor, or equivalent qualification
A strongtrack recordofdesigning and delivering impactful education programmes, certification pathways,workshopsand development initiatives that improve performance and raise standards.
Deepexpertiseinpersonal training, strength & conditioning, fitnessleadershipor coach development, with the credibility to influence and inspire high-performing fitness professionals.
Proven ability todevelop, mentor and assess coaches, providing meaningful feedback that accelerates growth and progression.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how education, capability and performance contribute to PT success, member experience and business growth.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, programmes and stakeholders while delivering a consistently premium experience.
A respected industry professional whoremainsconnected to emerging trends, research, bestpracticeand key industry networks.
