Operations Manager - Transport Manager CPC Looking for an experienced Operations / Transport Manager to lead operations for a depot in Burton-on-Trent.

Applicants with previous experience in the Bus / Coach passenger services industry would be ideal.

Any similar depot / driver operation management experience will be considered i. e. previous HGV transport logistics management.

The depot runs bus services across the East Midlands with around 60 vehicles in the fleet.

Main responsibilities evolve around driver standards, health and safety, compliance, staff planning, achieving KPI targets, driving improvement initiatives and projects and managing the relationship with local authorities.

Applicants with a Transport Managers CPC preferred or willing to commit to achieving within 6 months.
